Client Inputting Tickets

  1. When services are needed, the Client will outline items in the system. Review your Actionable Dashboard to see tickets that need your attention.

  2. Perform the services & return the clothing in the outlined turn around time.

  3. Once logged in navigate to your “Actionable Tickets” tab located on the left column and use ticket filters to navigate to a specific ticket. Remember to

  4. check Client, Location, and Pick-up/Drop-off dates.

  5. On the right-hand side, you will see your Actions. If you have not done so already, Mark the ticket as "Picked up".

  6. You may then “Edit Ticket” to review the submitted Articles Of Clothing and adjust if necessary. You may add additional items, or select other to add

  7. any applicable fees. Mark the ticket as "Dropped Off" and save.
