Vendor Inputting Tickets

  1. Once logged in navigate to your “Actionable Tickets” tab located on the left column and use ticket filters to navigate to a specific ticket. Remember to check Client, Location, and Pick-up/Drop-off dates.

  2. On the right-hand side you will see options to “Create Ticket” or “No Items in This Pick-up”

  3. Select “Create Ticket”. This will prompt you to submit Ticket Number/Name on Ticket if applicable, and Articles of Clothing. You may adjust the quantity and price as needed.

  4. Mark the ticket as Dropped Off, and Click Save.
